I grade conservatively, therefore I never grade vinyl Mint, (Near Mint is the highest grade I use for records), and I rarely grade covers Near Mint (Very Good Plus is the highest grade I use for sleeves, unless shrink-wrapped). I always grade at the level of the worst side or disc - I never 'average out' gradings over sides or discs. Covers have printed detail unless described as 'Generic'. I will note any marks, writing, or stickers. I play-grade anything with significant wear. I never advertise white labels or promos in place of full releases. Covers are refurbished and price labels are carefully removed where possible. All records come with an inner sleeve if needed.
I update my stock list daily so the chances of an item being out of stock are next to none.
Invoices and orders are normally processed within three working days.
No minimum purchase or Paypal fees. I will invoice you by Paypal, so you don't need to arrange payment yourself. I can also process credit card payments through a secure third-party service, subject to a 20% surcharge.
I use heavy duty (625 micron) cardboard mailers, marked fragile, with at least one cardboard stiffener (usually two if there is space in the mailer). All records will be double-checked before shipping and cleaned if necessary.

Currency: I only accept payment in UK Sterling / GBP. If you make payment by international bank transfer you must tell your bank to convert into GBP before sending it. Do not send Euros or any other currency. Buyers are responsible for all bank charges when making international payments. Tell your bank you want me to receive the full amount of the invoice.
Returns / refunds policy: I will accept returns on all items, however if the item is found to be as described the buyer must pay all postal costs.
