I use heavy duty (625 micron) cardboard mailers, marked fragile, with at least one cardboard stiffener (usually two if there is space in the mailer).
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any charges levied by customs. I cannot be held responsible for undelivered items, unless insurance is purchased. If an order is returned undelivered due to incorrect address details, the buyer will have to pay to have it re-sent. Please note requests for special shipping instructions will be entirely at my discretion. It is not up to customers to dictate shipping methods, however I will try to accommodate your wishes if it is practicable.
